INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
250 grams of biscuits
75g butter
15-20 grams of chopped hazelnuts
2-3 American biscuits with chocolate pieces (optional)
¼ grated orange peel
PREPARATION OF THE DOUGH
Put all ingredients in a blender / processor and mix until you get a “sandy” pastry. If you do not have a blender, biscuits can be ground or crushed finely, add the melted butter and remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer.
Squeeze the mixture nicely in the pan (using your hands or a spoon). It is desirable to use a pan with a removable ring. The resulting dough should be refrigerated so it tightens.
Ingredients For the filling
400 grams of Nutella
250g cream cheese
250g mascarpone
¼ Orange juice (no pulp)
50-100 grams of chopped roasted nuts (for decoration)
PREPARATION OF THE FILLING
Mix cream cheese with mascarpone. Then add Nutella and orange juice.
The finished mixture is poured on previously cooled dough. On the filling spray the chopped hazelnuts.
Leave the cheesecake for about 4-5 hours to cool in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
